With a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Southern California and later an MBA from Pepperdine University, Deborah went on to report for NPR, PBS, and Channel 13 in Los Angeles. Along the way she was honored with a Radio and Television News Director Award for a five part investigative series exposing an abandoned WW2 hazardous waste dump that lead to a $100 Million cleanup effort by the EPA Super Fund. After years away from the entertainment industry, she now returns to her first love : Journalism.
